Menstrual Cups

Made from medical grade silicon, menstrual cups are the safest alternative to tampons. Juju and Lunette cups are one of the few cups listed in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), AUST L157084. The Lunette is also FDA listed (USA)

They can be in place for up to 8-12 hours at a time, washed, and reused for up to 10 years if well cared for.
